Youth ADP
Duration: 60 minutes
The Youth Athletic Development Program is designed for athletes ages 9–11. It builds the foundation for a long, healthy, and successful athletic career. The program focuses on improving speed, agility, and jumping mechanics while reducing the risk of injury. At PSP, we believe keeping training sessions fun and engaging helps young athletes enjoy and understand the benefits of speed and strength training as they grow.
Current Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Bridge ADP
Duration: 60 minutes
The Bridge Athletic Development Program is for 8th graders and high school freshmen. It emphasizes long-term development and building a strong foundation as athletes begin their high school years. Competition intensifies at this level, and the program helps athletes gain an edge through speed and agility training, athleticism, and movement refinement. This stage is crucial for injury prevention and maintaining conditioning. Alongside performance training, athletes will also focus on goal setting and leadership development, preparing them to lead and compete confidently.

Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Middle School ADP
The Middle School Athletic Development Program is for athletes ages 12–14. It focuses on long-term development and building a solid foundation before entering high school. We understand the competitive nature of middle school sports, and this program is designed to help athletes gain an advantage. Training includes speed and agility development, athleticism, and movement patterning essential for the next level. This is a critical time for developing athleticism, preventing injuries, and improving conditioning. In addition to physical training, athletes will be challenged in goal setting and leadership, fostering the courage to compete.

Monday & Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Highschool ADP
Duration: 75 minutes
The High School Athletic Development Program is for athletes ages 15–18 and focuses on speed, agility, strength, power, and overall athleticism while minimizing injury risk. This detailed program integrates speed development, strength and power training, and conditioning to help athletes reach peak performance and surpass competition. In addition to physical training, the program emphasizes goal setting and character building, giving athletes the confidence to lead both in their sport and community.

Tuesday & Thursday: 5:00 AM – 6:15 AM; 4:30 PM – 5:45 PM
